Custom Concrete Patios for Colorado Homes

New patio installation and replacement of old, cracked, or undersized patios.

Proudly serving Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs, and surrounding communities.

A well-built concrete patio gives you usable outdoor space that holds up for years. We pour new patios, extend existing ones, and replace old patios that have cracked, settled toward the house, or simply gotten too small.

We'll help you choose a size, shape, and finish that works with your home, your yard's drainage, and your budget.

From layout to finished patio

  1. 1

    Design the layout

We mark out the patio, confirm the finish, and plan how water will drain away from your foundation.

  2. 2

    Excavate and prep

We dig to the right depth, remove any old concrete, then grade and compact the base.

  3. 3

    Form and reinforce

Forms are set to the final shape and reinforcement is placed.

  4. 4

    Pour and finish

The concrete is poured, finished, and jointed to control cracking.

  5. 5

    Clean up

We remove forms, clean the yard, and tell you when the patio is ready for furniture.

A patio that drains the right way

Patios that settle and slope toward the house send water straight to your foundation — a real problem on the expansive clay soils around Castle Rock and Parker. We set the grade so water runs away from your home and compact the base so the patio stays where we put it.

Concrete Patios FAQs

Can you replace my existing patio?

Yes. We remove the old patio, fix the base and drainage, and pour the new one in the same footprint or a new shape.

Can you make my patio bigger?

Often, yes. If your existing patio is sound, we can add onto it. If it's cracked or sloping toward the house, replacing it with a larger patio usually gives a better result.

Do you offer stamped concrete patios?

Yes. See our stamped and decorative concrete page for patterns, maintenance, and how it compares to a plain finish.
