Real projects from real Colorado homes. See the difference honest, quality craftsmanship makes — from concrete to complete remodels.
This tired kitchen island got a complete transformation. We stripped and refinished the worn oak top with a rich, durable dark stain, refreshed the surrounding space, and brought the whole open-concept kitchen back to life — proof that the right refinish can save a homeowner thousands over a full replacement.
Years of Colorado sun and weather had left this home's fascia and roofline trim peeling, faded, and rotting. We repaired the damaged boards and refinished the entire run in a clean, durable dark brown — protecting the roofline from moisture and giving the whole exterior a crisp, well-kept look.
We swapped out this room's dated, worn wood-look flooring for modern luxury vinyl plank in a rich dark tone. LVP is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and built to handle everyday life — giving the space a clean, contemporary look that will hold up for years.
A large, overgrown evergreen had taken over this side yard, crowding the fence and blocking light to the home. We removed the tree and cleared the debris, opening up the space and letting the yard breathe again — with a tidy brick-edged bed ready for whatever the homeowner plants next.
This mature tree had grown to tower over the home, shading the entire front yard and hanging over the roofline. We took it down safely in sections, hauled away every limb and log, and left the yard clear and open — no damage to the house, fence, or neighboring property.
We installed a custom-cut glass top for a local nail salon to protect the existing countertop and create a durable, easy-to-clean work surface. The glass was sized to fit the counter precisely while keeping the salon's clean, professional look — a simple, sharp solution that guards against everyday wear. It's a great example of our expanding custom glass services for both residential and commercial customers.
After new plumbing lines were run beneath this basement, the slab was left with open trenches and loose dirt. We compacted the backfill, set the pipe penetrations, and poured new concrete flush with the existing floor — leaving a solid, level slab that's ready for finishing.
