Interior & Exterior Residential Painting

Interior and exterior house painting, trim and soffit painting, and deck and exterior wood finishing.

Proudly serving Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs, and surrounding communities.

Fresh paint is one of the most effective ways to protect a home and change how it looks. We paint interior rooms, exterior siding and trim, soffits and fascia, and exterior wood like decks and fences.

Our recent painting work includes refinishing a weathered fascia and roofline trim in Elizabeth that had been peeling and fading from years of sun.

What's included

  • Interior painting: walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
  • Exterior house painting
  • Trim, soffit, and fascia painting
  • Deck and exterior wood staining and painting
  • Surface prep: cleaning, scraping, sanding, and caulking
  • Protection of floors, furniture, and landscaping, with full cleanup

How a painting project works

  1. 1

    Walk through and estimate

We look at the surfaces, talk through colors and sheen, and give you a written estimate.

  2. 2

    Prep the surfaces

We clean, scrape, sand, and caulk so the paint bonds and the finish looks smooth.

  3. 3

    Protect your home

Floors, furniture, fixtures, and plants are covered before any paint is opened.

  4. 4

    Paint

We apply the coats your surface needs, cutting clean lines at trim and edges.

  5. 5

    Clean up and walk through

We clean up, remove coverings, and walk the job with you.

Exterior paint in the Colorado sun

At our elevation, UV exposure is intense and the air is dry, so exterior paint on south- and west-facing walls fades and peels faster than in most places. Good prep, the right product, and painting within the proper temperature range make the difference between a finish that lasts and one that peels in a couple of seasons.

Residential Painting FAQs

Do you paint both interiors and exteriors?

Yes. We handle interior rooms as well as exterior siding, trim, soffits, fascia, and wood surfaces like decks.

When is the best time to paint a house exterior in Colorado?

Late spring through early fall is typical, when temperatures stay in the range the paint manufacturer requires. We'll schedule around the weather so the paint cures properly.

Can you repair damaged trim before painting?

Yes. Replacing or repairing damaged boards before painting is common, like the Elizabeth fascia project in our gallery.
