Concrete Sidewalk & Walkway Replacement

Replacement of heaved or cracked sidewalk panels and new walkways around your home.

Proudly serving Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs, and surrounding communities.

Heaved or sunken sidewalk panels are a trip hazard and often the first thing an HOA or town notices. We replace damaged sections or entire runs of sidewalk, and pour new walkways that connect your driveway, front door, and backyard.

Sidewalk work often goes hand-in-hand with driveway or patio replacement, so we can match everything in one project.

What's included

  • Replacement of heaved, sunken, or cracked panels
  • Single-panel or full-length sidewalk replacement
  • New front walkways and backyard paths
  • Grading so water drains off the walk
  • Clean joints and a slip-resistant broom finish

How we replace sidewalks

  1. 1

    Identify the bad panels

We mark which sections need replacing and which can stay.

  2. 2

    Remove and regrade

Damaged panels come out, and we correct the base and any root or drainage issues underneath.

  3. 3

    Pour and finish

New concrete is poured flush with the panels that stay, with a matching broom finish and joints.

When tree roots are the cause

Tree roots are a common reason sidewalks lift. If a tree is the problem, we can talk through options — including removing the tree as part of the same project with our tree removal service.

Concrete Sidewalks & Walkways FAQs

Can you replace just a few sidewalk panels?

Yes. If the rest of the sidewalk is sound, replacing only the damaged panels is the most cost-effective fix. New concrete won't match the color of older panels exactly at first.

Who is responsible for the public sidewalk in front of my house?

It depends on your town and HOA. Check with them about any requirements, and we'll build the replacement to meet them.
